Background

As the UX Architect for Norton Security, I was responsible for analyzing and developing the ideal Norton experience, ensuring a great UX in the presentation layers of Norton products across all user touch points. I owned the overall user flows for the project, working with the component designers and managers to ensure consistency.

Presentations

“The Future of Norton Products” is my integration strategy for Norton’s 40+ products into one experience. This is under a NDA. I would be happy to present this in person.

PROPOSALS

“Help Experience” deck. I was tasked to take on the Help/Support UX challenge within all the Norton products (and eventually across all clients). In this role, I worked closely with the content management team, as well as with the Head of Support and their development group. The goal was to create a consistent, effective and dynamic Help/Support experience for the customers.

User Flow

This is an example of a hi-res User Flow.
